When I first started this blog I joined every blog directory I could find. I thought every link, and any little bit of traffic would help me. Now months later I have learned that it isn't true and I have been slowly dismissing myself from these blog directories. The ones that have consistently brought in traffic I have stayed a member of. I know that there are some blog directories that are worth it. Some are very well known and really will help your rankings, links and traffic. It has been my experience that if you have to pay to join a blog directory, then that is more of a reliable source to be including your blog.
